Sports massage is intended to reduce recover time and aims to soother your body for continued performance.  Consisting of stretching, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique, and deep tissue massage, we will customize your therapy to support your sport.

Your body is undergoing all sorts of changes and is working harder than ever before. This full-body massage is focused to relax and rejuvenate your tired body, with extra attention on feet and hips. Lots of pillows and cushions are available for side-lying, seated, or any position that is most comfortable for you. We accept prenatal clients of all types, in all trimestres. Please discuss with your doctor if you have health concerns.

Prenatal Massage
30 Minutes $42	A short massage with focus on hips OR feet.
60 Minutes $82	A full-body massage.
90 Minutes $118	A full-body massage with focus on hips AND feet.

Muscle tension can be the cause of a great deal of pain, including sore body parts, headaches, nerve pain, and more. This massage utilizes a variety of techniques to help alleviate the pain you are experiencing. We will develop a therapy plan that aims to eliminate the pain and maintain long-term relief.

Pain Relief Massage by Time
30 Minutes $42	This is enough time to focus on one problem area. This is not available to first-time clients.
60 Minutes $82	A full therapeutic massage, including focus on one area. More than one focus area in this time is not recommended for first-time clients.
90 Minutes $118	Full-body and up to two focus areas. This service is highly recommended for first-time clients.
120 Minutes $164	This is enough time for all focus areas, a very thorough full-body, or whatever it is that you need.

With a focus on relaxation, this service is intended to give you therapeutic relief in the way you are most comfortable. There is enough time for a full body massage. The longer massages allow for extra focus on up to three areas of tension. The music is soothing and conversation is entirely your choice to have or not. You also have the option to include heat in the form of a heated table and heated stones.

Relaxing Peaceful Massage
60 Minutes $82	A full-body massage.
90 Minutes $118	A full-body massage with up to two focus areas.
120 Minutes $118	A thorough full-body massage with time enough for up to three focus areas.
